The product is produced after purification and aluminium adjuvant adsorption of the main capsid protein L1 of human papillomavirus (HPV) type-6, type-11, type-16, type-18, type-31, type-33, type-45, type-52 and type 58 expressed by Hansenula polymorpha, with no preservative contained.

It can prevent cervical cancer, vulvar cancer, vaginal cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, genital warts, cervical intraepithelial neoplasis (CIN 1/2/3), adenocarcinoma in situ of cervix(AIS), anal-external genital precancerous lesions and persistent infections, penile cancer, perineal cancer, and anal cancer, including penile/perineal/perianal intraepithelial neoplasia stage I to III, and anal intraepithelial neoplasia stage I to III, etc., that are caused by the above-mentioned human papillomaviruses.
